We did a private tour for two. You never know what you’ll get with a new tour and guide. This was the best experience ever, and we’ve taken tours all over the world. Norma was our guide and Esteban was our driver.From the second she started until we ended back at the resort, it was perfect! She was very knowledgeable, without overwhelming us with information. Both were genuinely warm and friendly. We were given bottled water as needed. We did Chichén Itzá first and absolute thought we knew about it, welp, apparently Discover doesn’t fact check! We loved walking into history. From the description Norma gave us, I could picture a sprawling city and dancers, games, etc.The cenote was amazing . Who knew the water was actually clear? Word to the wise, iPhones are NoT waterproof, especially if it is not brand new. The don’t recommend taking them swimming. The place wasn’t crowded at all. The lunch was very good traditional Mayan food. The safety protocols were among the best I’ve seen since Covid started.Then we went to a small town center and enjoyed walking in a park and eating ice cream peddled by an older gentleman. It was corn ice cream, and it was surprisingly very good! Try new things!Lastly, we took the long drive back to the resort. Norma allowed us to rest and enjoy the ride. Esteban was a great driver, no abrupt stopping or breaking. Followed all traffic rules, etc.We love this tour company, and after dozens of trips to a Cancun, we finally decided to do this tour, having ignored it due to the distance away. We do not regret it!

I had an issue with a booking that needed to be changed from one day to the next. I contacted the operator, got his approval, and then emailed customer care. I got a positive response within 24 hours. I wish during Covid all experiences and activities were flexible and no sales were final. I would give me more security to book. Or have a covid-issues related hotline. Just a recommendation :)

Be careful when booking during Covid. I had a Colosseum tour booked for November, but can no longer fly as all flights have been cancelled from the UK to Rome. I spoke to the customer services who were very polite and helpful however after all the chat I got an email within an hour saying as per terms and conditions all sales are final and therefore no refund. I only wanted to reschedule the tour but could not give a date (who can during this pandemic) but nope .. no chance ... the tour was £145 so there is no way I will be paying another £145 to go in the future which is a shame ... My advice do not book on one of these tours if they want the payment up front, you cannot guarantee at the moment whether you can make it or not .. and you will not get your money back. :(*** 04/01/2021 - I would like to update this review, although it wasnt fun, I did eventually get my money back regarding the up front payment. My advice would be dont go with the up front payments, do the deposit versions where possible as I think I got lucky with the pandemic reaching Italy and the company returning the money due to that.

I looked everywhere online to find tours in certain regions i've travelled to. My trip to the Phillipines would not have been as great if I didn't find a tour to explore the mountains up to Baguio. The tour company I was linked with had a great service.

I used Viator to book some experiences for a company off site in San Francisco. I thought they had a nice variety of choices to choose from and also found the Customer Support team helpful when I needed to make some last minute adjustments to a booking. One area I think they could improve is their app. I downloaded that and was not thrilled with the experience.

Used Viator to get some experiences on my last trip and everything was 5 stars: the quality of the products I booked (exactly as described, easy communication with the provider, the driver even waited for us in the airport in our 3 hours delay!).Their customer service was great too: I had some questions about the product I was booking and they were able to answer everything. I would 100% recommend and I'll keep using on my future trips.

Use this for Te Anau Glow Worm Caves Tour, everything is fine, they help me change schedule for the tour without issue

We regularly book our trips with Viator as they’re often cheaper and more trustworthy than the street sellers abroad. We’ve used them in Japan, Dubai, Australia, Thailand and Croatia, all trips were enjoyable and at a better rate than if we would have booked through our hotel, direct with the operator, from a street seller/vendor or through another site. As long as they remain competitively priced we will continue to book our trips with them.

A wonderful day trip with our very knowledgeable and friendly guide, Sepp. We're delighted to see the third Castle of King Ludwig 2. or, as they called him in Munich - Kini. The castle is a wonderful copy of Versailles and even though unfinished, the furnishings and glitter of the rooms viewed were breathtaking. Fraueninsel was lovely and the church another gorgeous example of Baroque architecture and furnishing. Our lunch was very tasty and the portions quite big. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Booked 2 day tour for the 23rd and 24th may for Russia. With Shorebee.com Due to covid 19 we could not travel as cruise liner cancelled. I have sent endless emails messages and cancellation form. Still no Reply to any of them. Still no refund either.I feel this is very unfair on there part. I totally understand they must be busy but not to even reply with a box standard message. So as it stands I'm out of pocket by £400.00 of which I feel that this is very unreasonable on there part. I don't know who I can contact. Has anybody else had the same thing as I would never use this company again I have rated this as 5 star so it goes to the top and will be read

Due to covid19 I'd forgotten to cancel a tour until reminded of it on the day.I contacted Viator who immediately issued me with a refund.I have used Viator on numerous occasions and have never had a problemso it's fair to say I will continue to use their services.

We have been using Viator for most of our tours in Europe and never been unhappy with them. They provided with excellent customer service and we enjoyed many tours organised through them. It is great as they have such a big selection of activities and tours

Viator promptly refunded a tour I had to cancel for June due to Covid 19. They have a customer for life. The other company I had a tour booked through is not honoring their refund policy. I appreciate Viator!

Planned a Europe trip for May 2020 to many different countries that included multiple excursions booked through Viator. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we were unable to go on our trip. Viator promptly refunded all of our bookings. In comparison, other travel companies are giving us push back on any refund or credit and some are refusing all together. We really appreciate this and will book with Viator in the future.
