Reformation Student Discount September 2021

I have a reformation dress from a few years ago and it is one of my most loved, highest quality pieces. Recently ordered 3 dresses to try and the quality was shockingly bad! I don't know what on earth has happened to this company, but the fabrics were awful, dresses thin and unlined and two of them were damaged, whith small tears and loose threads everywhere! Not a snowballs chance in hell they're worth the price you pay! I did however have great service and swift refund from customer service. Go back to your old ways reformation!!

I've bought a few dresses from them and I love how they fit me. They somehow make my body look better and slimmer! A dress I bought from them gives the illusion of having an hourglass figure. Very flattering clothes! I've washed them many times and they still look new

I have made multiple purchases from Reformation over the past year. The quality in my opinion is pretty decent with my pieces very fashion forward and chic. I have had zero issues with returning items as I followed their returns policy. The company refunded me on one occasion when fedex delivered my package to the wrong address. As for others complaining about not getting a refund on final sales items, to me the notice was clear when looking at the item prior to purchase.

I purchased two cashmere pieces from Reformation. The delivery was quick, I did not have to pay any additional taxes (I am EU-based), as stated on the website, but I did need to submit the order confirmation and invoice to DHL Customs department.The quality of the pieces is fine. They feel soft and nice to the touch, however, since they are both loosely-knit, they shed and leave whatever you are wearing underneath covered in tiny hairs. Both pieces should only be dry-cleaned, according to their labels, but I ignored it and machine-washed both (30C, 800rpm). They looked completely fine afterwards.The sizing is somewhat off. According to The Reformation's sizing table, size M should fit me perfectly, however, the pullover advertised as "slightly oversized" is almost too oversized on me. I would have needed to size down one or two sizes for a slightly oversized fit. I machine-washed it, hoping it would shrink like some other reviewers reported, but it didn't (I don't hold it against The Reformation, obviously). The other piece I bought is a wrap cardigan and fits true to size.Since I decided to keep both pieces, I cannot comment on the returns procedure or customer service.Summary: I would have given 4 stars, but for the price I expect flawless delivery, quality and fit & sizing, and this is not the case.

I do like reformation in that their style is one-of-a-kind and uniquely feminine. However, never by full price for the items, always buy them on sale 'cause otherwise it is a ripoff. A dress I bought from them that normally retails for over 100dollars had no lining, completely see through. It is a cute dress though, I must say. Also their mini dresses run extremely short, so if you're a tall gal, pass. They do explicitly say dry clean/ hand wash only for most garments, which is a pain, but if you don't follow the instructions and they shrink, I don't think you get to complain. As for the final sale items, I do believe they have a no returns policy for other clothing stores as well, so I don't really understand people's complaints about that.

Love the designs but I think the quality is not as good as what I'd expect given the price

I've been purchasing from Reformation for the past 4+ years. I've never been confused about items being final sale - it states pretty clearly in the item description. And yes, they are pretty strict about no returns/exchanges/price adjustments on sale items (I tried once in the past to get a price adjustment and was denied) but that's just the risk you take buying final sale, many companies have these policies so this shouldn't be surprising. FYI Nordstrom and Shopbop and several other retailers carry Reformation, sometimes at a discount, so if you're worried about returns shop there instead since they have more generous policies.

Okay. No offense but I don't understand the terrible reviews. I have been purchasing Reformation clothes for about a year now and I have not been disappointed. For people saying they don't accept returns on sale items and are shocked to find out is just... strange. All sale items have a red *final sale* note in the item description so how is this surprising? Yes, you are definitely gambling with sizes if you have never ordered from them before but don't be surprised you can't return something when it clearly states in the item description that you can't return it. Also, I've noticed that their prices fluctuate especially during sales so you have to be watching their website to see if the price of an item that is on sale drops because it might. I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing but yes, it's a gamble. Other stores do this too. I would suggest purchasing a regular priced item in different sizes and if they don't work out you have the option of returning them. In the future when you see an item that goes on sale that is marked final sale, you have a better chance of getting the item that fits true to size.

I seriously don’t understand all the bad reviews, I ordered the marlowe dress and it came quicker than what was stated on the website. I can’t speak for US orders and other international orders but I’m from the UK and it was a really smooth process so please don’t be put off! Even the customer service team is really fast to respond. Reformation is the best!

I recently bought a gorgeous dress and am very pleased with the quality. I love their unique, feminine dresses and will purchase again. Shipping was fast too!

The clothes are stylish but it’s very difficult to find the right fit for women with larger breasts.It’s almost impossible to find a dress that fits the waist without being too tight on the top.They need a wider range of sizes that aren’t so narrow.

Quite a lot of people here said the customer service was the worst so I was really worried about the situation that I've gotta get a refund. During a sale period, I bought 2 tops from Reformation. One was better than I expected but the other was in the worst condition. Poor stiching, different color from the website and so on..However, Reformation's response to my email asking a total refund was really quick and simple. I sent an E-mail with detailed photos of clothes. I've got an answer within 1 and a half day saying they are so sorry that they would give me a total refund.It is possible they inhanced their quality of customer service and refund policy I guess.I liked the service.BUT the clothes are overly priced. THE Best and the MOST REASONABLE way to get a reformation things is to target the sale period. And then you could buy a cute and nice piece of tops and dresses at a decent price.

Love the fit of their clothes, I always get a ton of compliments and it always feels great. I always shop during their bi annual sale so I love their prices too. Updated my review since it doesn’t seem super eco friendly even though they say they are

Money vs qualityI have a number of their items from the easton top being my first purchase and their snake skin robbie skirt being my most recent. I would say I own about 5-7 pieces of their clothing. The quality is fairly decent but my last purchase for a $128 silk skirt (before taxes shipping and handling) the quality was poor. The stitching had loose threads. Fit was way off as well for that type of money. I'm not a rich woman at all but I do drop money every now and then for things I like. I was very disappointed. Like with most companies... the quality get's more poor over time. I remember when their quality used to be top notch. Also once a product is gone... it's gone! If you use a company like afterpay to purchase and make payments you're not able to get your money back should you want to return an item. Some of their items are very very cute but also very very over priced. My issue is their fit seems to be slim fitting which I like. Casual clothes or looks im going for I can't seem to find in regular stores like Target or Macy's that fit me the way I want it to. Reformation doesn't disappoint imo when it comes to being form fitted. Just way over priced. As far as their sustainability goes...i'm not impressed.

Everyone is just salty because they’re either shopping at a store they can’t afford, are buying dresses in the size they WISH they were, and/or are failing to read the ‘final sale’ statement before checkout. These things are your fault. Not the company’s. The reason they didn’t accept half your returns is because their clothes is delicate and the fabric stretches easily if you force it. I’ve spent over $5k on ref clothes, I painlessly returned a dress once, and another time a strap ripped after 3 wears and they completely replaced the dress FREE OF CHARGE! Ref is a good company and half of these haters don’t really hate Ref, they hate the mistakes they made and don’t want to eat the blame (ordering wrong size from being too lazy to measure themselves or ordering dress in their ‘wish size,’ checking out with such childish zeal they missed the blatantly visible ‘final sale,’ or are low key too financially strained to shop here and take their angst out on the store.
