All of y’all complaining do realize it was going out of business and items purchased could go out of stock very quickly???????? Any items I placed that I did not get was credited back to my account (that’s why it stays in processing and does not charge your account until it shipped) I placed an order 12/14 (the last order i placed) with no expectations of receiving as I knew their status. Initially my card was processed to check for funds obviously but as the order still says “processing” my account “pending charge “ was dropped . No items, but no money lost either. The company was closing... it was a risk to purchase anything at liquidation prices in the first place....all y’all complaining about not receiving y’all’s item but I’m sure you weren’t even charged for it (check back on your account for a full processed payment) oofffff either way I’m super happy with all the deals I was able to score prior too and sad to see the store go.****BTW using a gift card during liquidation especially when so close to closing online was a bad move... they can’t refund your debit/credit card an amount that was not taken out (common sense people) they could give you a store credit however, that won’t be useful if there’s nothing left to buy... you win, you lose the gamble you took using a gift card in a store that was shutting down.

I love shopping at Justice for my 10 year old daughter... great quality, excellent customer service and always great sales. I even particularly love the Lakeland Florida location.

I use Justice all the time. The clothes are so cute for my girl personality but, I ordered Justice press on nails and no matter what I do, they fall off. I am using glue and they still are falling off. Once again I love there clothes, shoes, and so much more, but if your going to make nails, make them so they actually work. Please get a better working glue so we can enjoy these amazing designs!

Let me start off with this is my favorite store ever. It has amazing, totally fashionable clothing options! I am so upset I don't have the money to buy everything. I am a super trendy and fashionable girl, and I know how to rate clothing stores. This is definitely 5 star clothing material!

Justice bags have great quality and are loved by kids! I would totally buy it again just to see the smile on my sister’s face again. I can only rate a 4 because your clothing line should be a little more versatile. My daughter loves to shop here, which we do on a regular basis. However ALL kids are different shapes and sizes. You have Plus sizes, and Slim sizes. My daughter need bottoms in Short length. Will you ever have “Short” in your sizes? So for right now we can’t purchase jeans, I’d just like to do all my shopping at one store . But we KOVE your store!

I would reccomend actually going to the store instead of buying from their website, tons of people had their order late, not gotten the correct order, or not even gotten an order from their website. Just please go to their store instead of ordering from their website

I ordered site to store and received numerous emails stating my package was ready for pick up. However, when I arrive to the store, there was no package for me. Back and forth with the online customer service and with the staff in the store demanding a refund I finally got it after a long week battle. The manager of the store need to be retrained on how to handle these types of situations. Although, she wasn’t in store. Staff called manager to get resolution and she gave an oh well type of response. There should have been something she could instruct them to do so that I could be refunded. The Regional manager also need to be trained on how the system work. What she told me mad no sense. How would the online customer service know that the store physically accepted a package unless the staff in store logs it in. The staff that is actually in the store, that accepts packages and log them in are telling me something different. (I believe them). The staff did their best in assisting me in getting a refund back. I called customer service and requested a supervisor to get refunded for the missing package that I never received. Anyway, I’m giving three stars for the in store Assistant Manager and other staff. Not bad to be honest, only thing was that the hair tie I brought for my daughter broke in 5 minutes! Dress is very good quality. Would be happy to shop here again.

I had items delivered to my old address. We went to that address and the family said they had one package but not the other. when I notified Justice they didn't even flinch and resent out the missing items. I cannot tell you how GREAT the customer service is. Thank you Justice and it just makes me want to keep buying from them and being a loyal customer

I bought a $20 lunchbox for my daughter and she stained the bottom of it. My wife washed it and it looks it's brand new. Their stuff is expensive but GREAT quality!

this store is without a doubt a gift from god. it helped me kick off the 6th grade year with style. the bedazzled jean jacket i got for the first day really go heads turning, and don't get me started on me sequin skirt. i love all the graphic tees. they're probably my favorite. all the inspirational/ quirky quotes such as "i don't need the dramallama" really got me through the year. i'm excited to wear my new off-brand rainbow converse tomorrow to school

Great store workers are very nice
