Shopbop 25% Off February 2023

I am not sure if these reviews are all about the same company but I have had exceptional service from them. UPS lost my $1900 package (or it got stolen from my doorstep) and Shopbop sent a replacement out via overnight shipping at no charge, which was certainly more than I expected them to do. Customer service was always polite and very easy to get in touch with.

I would complain that the returns service takes so long, but this is the age of COVID so that's to be expected! I had a $200 package stuck in transit for over 2 weeks and live chatted Customer Service to see what went wrong. Kari assured me that it was probably just delayed, then went ahead and refunded me for the full amount. I received a refund confirmation email during the chat and am SO unbelievably relieved I got my money back. The wait time for chat was also nonexistent. Beautiful items and fast shipping, just didn't seem to hit any sort of mark this time around. Be nice to ShopBop's Customer Service reps!!! Being angry or pissed off never helps.

I see a lot of bad rating and i dont know why . i orded a waist bad but it stuck on clearance and i didnt pick it up.I send email and they answered me the same day. Without doing anything they returned me my money back after the waist bag returned back to them.So its legit

First time using ShopBop. Had high expectations as I know of people who've been buying from ShopBop for years. Almost 75% of the items delivered to me had defects or were missing parts or were plain broken. They have stellar customer service who've promised to absorb the return shipping charges but the hassle!! UGH.

I love the ease of use and the variety shopbop offers, but their service falls short compared to similar fashion webstores i.e netaporter - I live in the U.S, shipping is slow with shopbop, sometimes taking a week to arrive. (Competition gets items to me within 1 to 3 days). The main reason I prefer to use other websites, is that refunds on returns at shopbop can take weeks - worst case scenario recently was 5 weeks for a $500 refund. The USPS shipping labels they include for returns are for the slowest category of snail mail - shopbop charge a $10 surcharge for returns that take more than 15 days. Their competition seem to have no problem processing their refunds within a week, sometimes less. When you are spending hundreds of dollars on one item, this is important. I want to see the money back in my account asap.

Not sure but I haven’t received an order confirmation from a purchase a few days ago... I see the charge on my account though. What’s going on?

Ive bought a bag on 27th Nov 2017 and another bag on 29th Nov 2017. Apparently they despatched the 2nd bag 1st which arrived a wk later on 4th Dec. Packaging was very good, all wrapped up and is in very good condition.I was pleased with their quick delivery with UPS. I began to worry for my 1st bag order which was not in processed after 1 week and I sent an email which was replied 2 days later. It appeared to be a generated standard copy paste email reply. I worry more after reading horrifying customer review and decided to go beyond an email.I followed shopbop instagram and sent personal msg to them on insta seeking help. I also PM them on their fb account of my situation. 2 days later, i received a reply frm insta that they apologies for the delay and will have a customer serv rep to update me by 12th Dec. Which pleasantly I received a notification that my 1st order was already sent for delivery on 12th dec as promised. I just received my bag today on 15th dec also well packed and in good condition.

Update spoke to a lovely customer service rep Anne who reached out after seeing my review. She’s sorted everything out.Thanks Anne if you see this you deserve a pay rise .Original post:I ordered a dress for my party they sent me the wrong item (a giant weird jumpsuit). Totally unhelpful told me to print out a return label and contact dhl to arrange a return myself. I don’t have a printer talk about making things difficult for your customer. Why do you make it so hard for your customers to return things especially when you have sent the wrong items. Unapologetic unwilling to reship my order for me to receive it in time for the party.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with ShopBop. Their deliveries are on time and their customer service is phenomenal. I've reached out to customer service twice before over email and both times received an email response within 10 minutes. Once, they even issued me a full refund for a sewing repair that I had to get on a product.

Hi! I made many of orders on Shopbop and everything was perfect. It was quickly and convenient. Nevertheless, my last order hasn’t been shipped for 4-5 days already. Nobody doesn’t answer my emails. What is wrong? I’m worrying. Order 94074014Thank you.
