I was looking for a new purse and found the one I wanted at Shoe Mall for the price the price I was willing to pay. Excited, I purchased the product without really researching the company. After making the purchase, I started to think that I should have read the reviews. Once I did, I was feeling very apprehensive about my purchase, but to my delight the product arrived as expected and without issue.

I have been dealing with Shoe Mall and it's parent company, Mason, for 25 or more years and have never been disappointed. I do miss the American-made shoes manufactured by Mason.

Bought shoes for brother in law Christmas gift. He wears a larger size & the specific shoes he wanted were difficult to find. Shoe mall had them my brother was very happy unwrapping his gift on Christmas Day. Highly recommend. No issues at all

We were looking Timberland Premium Boot (Men's) - Rust Size 11.5 for our son Christmas present. We searched and searched and found Amazon listing it for $250 versus typical price at $198. We were about to give in but one more search and found it on ShoeMall for $198 (one left). I Googled where ShoeMall is before ordered it. ShoeMall is in Chippewa Falls, WI. Since I graduated from Marquette University any companies from Wisconsin must be good.Immediately after I submitted the order, my credit card company texted me - do you authorize this transaction? Yes. Oh No. My credit card company typically does not ask me to authorize about my charges. They typically inform of my charges. So therefore, there must be something wrong with this ShoeMall's charge. I Googled ShoeMall Review and they did not have a good rating on customer service and credit card problems. I figured that I will either get more charge from ShoeMall or a faked Timberland product.But we were very pleased with our order. We received order acknowledgment, shipping status and on-time delivery. And the boots are perfect Timberland product and no credit card issue.Thanks

Sorel Moc Toe boots were $120 or more everywhere else online. They were $89 on ShoeMall with the discount code. After I ordered them, I read the reviews online which were horrible. I called and tried to cancel my order since I was afraid I would get ripped off. The woman on the phone was super nice and told me my shoes would be shipping that day. Not too long after, I received my tracking number from FedEx and the boots were delivered a few days later. I cant speak for what happened to other people but my experience was a positive one.

I ordered first then said aww snap I should of checked the reviews of this site. Then I saw the bad reviews and I started to cry a little cause I thought I lost my money. And then about a5 days later tracking info started to post via FedEx. Next thing I knew my tears were replaced with much happiness and glee as my shoes showed up. Exactly what I ordered sized perfectly.

I ordered a pair of Adidas before looking at the reviews here. I was concerned because most of them were negative. But the shoes came in just fine. They were a day late but no other issues. A couple words of advice: 1) Go to a brick-and-mortar store to try on a similar pair of shoes to see if you like them, because they do charge you for return shipping. 2) Make any purchase through PayPal, because PayPal customer service will back you up and even refund you if you don’t receive what you paid for. That’s what I did, but no problems.

I was skeptical right off the bat because they had a pair of shoes that seemingly didn’t even exist in that color. They were literally the only place I could find them. I took the chance and ordered two pairs because they’re really cool so I wanted them to last a while and I got a good deal on them. Basically $20 off each pair which was great. I would have gladly paid $65 each but they were more like $48 each. Nice. After three days I never got any notice that they had shipped. So I emailed them and straight told them I was a little skeptical about the site after reading reviews and was worried that after that long, and advertising that they were in stock, they might not even have the shoes to ship to me. They replied very quickly and then soon after that I got an email that said they’d been shipped. The link in the email also worked which doesn’t seem like much but when I checked on it every day along with other packages it makes it a lot easier when the link takes you to where it is supposed to. Doesn’t always happen. Here is where my real complaint lies and it’s really because of fedex, not shoe mall. It was just slow. But I guess right now there is legitimate reason. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like it shouldn’t have taken quite so long to ship out. Other than that the experience with them was great. Mostly because when I opened the shoes about an hour ago, after telling my roommate that I was actually excited about these shoes but was worried they wouldn’t be what they were supposed to be, they were exactly what I ordered and hoped for. Totally worth what I thought was a risk. I’ve looked for those shoes everywhere I can think of online after I ordered these to make sure I could get them somewhere else if this failed and I still cannot find them. It’s easy to find the blue version but this is the only place I’ve found that have the black version. Glad I bought two pairs. Other people may have had problems with them but not me. I had to write this to give them a little props where props are due.

Okay so I barely write reviews but I felt obligated to for this one based on the reviews here. I ran into ShoeMall on the shop section of a google search for some Tommy Hilfiger slides that were sold out in my size at discount sites like Nordstrom Rack, etc. Like with all sites that aren't well known, I looked up trusted reviews. Man did this site get hammered with negativity and even all the positive ones sounded the same which was "couldn't find them elsewhere, sold out everywhere, took the chance and it was fine," which funny enough was my situation and outcome so I laughed at that. Anyways, those comments usually make me write it off but I really wanted these slides to match these US flag socks I have for 4th of July and ShoeMall was linked to my Rakuten which told me it was a legit place to buy from at the very least. So along with that, being 10% cash back with Rakuten, a site discount making it closer to the Nordstrom Rack price, and more importantly it not being a high priced item, I took the chance. I used my Citi card and it was flagged as fraud, which was weird and worrisome at first. I clicked Yes that it was indeed me who made the purchase and that was that. I got a ShoeMall confirmation that day. I got a shipping confirmation the next day. From the time I ordered, which was late Tuesday night, I got my order via Fed Ex (which delivers on Sundays) on Sunday. Now these were low cost slides, so who knows the deal with higher more complexed orders but I had absolutely no issue with my order. Item and size were correct. Shipping was just fine for free shipping which was about what, 5 days from when I put the order? Absolutely no negatives what so ever.

I can honestly say that I had a great experience with them. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I got my purse quickly and it looks to be genuine, the quality I'd expect. I bought the same brand from a different retailer and the product I recieved from Shoemall looks to be equal. I'm not discounting the issues others have had but my experience was great. I'd definitely buy again.

This is the first time I purchased anything from ShoeMall. Reading some of the reviews, I was hesitant. I am so glad that I took a chance because I had nothing but a positive buying experience. I found the Free People pants that nobody else had, got them at 25% off with free shipping, and they were shipped out quickly. I will certainly purchase from ShoeMall again. I'm sorry that other shoppers didn't have the same positive experience I had. A+++
