i ordered clothes on the 15th with my order number GRWMX6002000077 it has said it’s at a local courtier facility for the past 3 days? do you know when it will get here?? i cannot track it with my tracking number and it says it has not even reached illionois yet and i live in michigan..

So here’s the tea with romwe . You have to order a decent amount of chlothes to receive it quickly . I’ve ordered 1 thing , 6 things and those packages took up to almost two months . I ordered 26 items and they got to me in a week . You have to do research on the items you order , look through photos and reviews and you will gain info on material / fit etc. romwe is amazing if you know how to navigate through the website !

I usually don't have a problem with romwe, but i ordered $65 dollars worth of stuff and it has been processed but no progress has been made since April 12th, it is now April 27th. The app says they expected only a 4-6 day delay but it has been a lot longer than that...should i cancel my order?edit: they emailed me pretty quickly and explained the delay

This is my second time ordering from Romwe, and I am very happy with all 13 items that I bought. I ordered everything on 12/14 and got everything exactly a week later (12/21). I am very happy that shipping came normally again. I don’t get why everyone else is having trouble with Romwe but I have been satisfied with both my Romwe orders so I will definitely regularly shop from them now. I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I do always pay for the 99¢ shipping guarantee and I have had no problem with shipping. Reading reviews on items really helps me because once again I sized up on some shirts due to reviews and they ended up fitting perfect. I 100% recommend Romwe but you must know your measurements, read the reviews with pictures, and (just to be cautious) pay for the small 99¢ shipping guarantee fee.And no I’m not a YouTuber so it’s not just YouTubers who get legit clothes

Hi, I wrote a review for romwe a while back because they sent me the wrong size. They responded quickly and refunded me and I appreciate that. I just ordered from them again and am so excited for my package to arrive.

i ordered my things on the 16th of April and i have to say that their shipping is terrible but they had promised me that my clothes would come before or on the 13th of may. i got an email on the 13th that i would be refunded all my money that i spent because my things would arrive late. i have received the money back and my clothes are arriving today in the mail, that's for sure. i will post on my Instagram one of the dresses or jeans depending on how much i like them and how the fit is on me. if you would like some input on the clothes you can follow my Instagram @lacyronin. i would not recommend Romwe if your tight on time but if you have a month to wait than i guess go ahead and order from here!

To be honest if you're very impatient I do not recommend this store for you I'm still waiting for my order to be confirmed. Omg i have so many views lol insta:forever_hannaah

I ordered almost $350 worth of clothing from ROMWE on April 30th and since May 6th it’s been saying it’s in adore shipment phase somewhere in New York. In ten days it will make a month since I’ve gotten anything and the thing that bothers me most is that the following week I ordered almost $350 again on clothes for my husband and his was delivered despite being ordered a whole week later, which cause me to think you guys have lost my package and that’s why there isn’t any update because did his stuff come first when I ordered mine a whole week prior. I was really excited about ordering from you guys more in the summer as this was my first time but unfortunately this experience hasn’t really been pleasant. Can someone please help me find my package ! Apart from the delivery issues my husbands clothes came in great quality and condition, they looked just like the pictures. honestly i love their clothes but i hate how it takes forever to get here. They said my order has been delayed for 4-6 days but it has been delayed for almost 2 weeks now.
