Wonderful Shopping Experience

I made an appointment with Ana at the Reno store to look at living room furniture. Ana was very patient with me and spent a lot of time helping me decide. Ana was extremely helpful throughout the entire process as I was trying to decide. Once the transaction was complete, Ana updated me weekly on the status of my order. Got two great clearance couches at half…

Employee Smalls Mcfarland - 10 stars! Go see him!

Drop every google search you are making for appliances and go see Smalls Mcfarland at the Draper RC Willey. Seriously, with regard to RCW customer service, it's always been 'fine'. However, Smalls is the kind of employee that knows the difference between good and great, and he seems to have fun at work which makes him a true pleasure. I couldn't find what I needed, but he took some good notes and saved me hours of headache by getting creative, going the extra ten miles, and finding a solution that brought me back to RCW (due solely to him) after I left the store. I'd give him 10 stars if I could vote twice. Look for him in the 'scratch and dent' department, but he will help you in the main store, too!!

Always great customer service

Always great customer service, and a mix of quality and value furniture. No high pressure sales of "protection plans" or pushing high rate credit. We go here for many of our furniture and appliance punches.

Tom and Josh were the best! We called in and they worked together to take care of our furniture and electronic needs in less than 15 mins and now our delivery is scheduled for next weekend!!! Awesome customer service!!!

New Powered Sofa & Recliner

My wife and I purchased a power sofa and recliner. The head pillows were nothing like the ones on display at the RC Willey store in Murray, Ut. You couldn’t take advantage of the head support because the head cushion was pushing your head so far forward. Jerry Willey was our salesman and he replaced them with new. Jerry was great at communicating and keeping us posted on our new delivery. The recliner arrived today and it is awesome! I can actually adjust the head rest now. Thanks Jerry for all your help. If I need anything else I’ll give you a call. Take care my friend!

Table replacement

We purchased a table from RC Willey a few months ago. The first table we received had a flaw in the wood and it was replaced. The second table had a flaw in the finish. It was also replaced. The customer service representative and delivery drivers were understanding and very professional. Thank you RC Willey for resolving our concerns. We love our new table!
