I know many people are having issues with Pat's website - I guess I have been among those few lucky ones who never got an issue with them. Actually, their CS refunded me in a few minutes when the DHL driver stole my parcel and made sure I still received my items. Then once they have also canceled my order letting me not to pay the return delivery fees, and has always been helpful with any questions.

I have mixed feelings about this company but all and all, I would never purchase directly from their website again. Placed my order on the 15th december and my package arrived yesterday (27th january; 6 weeks plus a day). Trying to make sense of the totally different tracking info per tracking sites, I concluded that my purchase was arrived in europe two weeks after ordering but then stuck for another three weeks: and that is the nlpost (netherlands post) folks. After they released my package, it arrived very quick, one day transit to Hungary and another week here at customs and actual delivery. The items were in perfect shape, actually I was surprised about the condition of the box, it was absolutely intact, even the edges. No VAT, no customs did I have to pay, also fabulous quality make-up. In the meantime (while my package was stuck in Holland) I had contacted the PM site to take a look at my order, but as you can guess - no response. So, my verdict is, plus for product-quality and sturdy packaging, minus for the very long shipping time and non-existent customer care. I have no idea from where I can buy PM in the future, as I am not willing to risk international delivery from the US again.

I made an order at the beginning of January it took a couple of weeks to arrive but as its coming from the USA I expected a bit of a delay. When the package arrived I found it was missing 1 of the lipsticks. The packing note didn't include it but the confirmation of shipping did. Sent two emails to the customer service address and got no response, there was no refund for the missing item either. In the end I sent a DM to their Instagram page, didn't get a reply for 3 days so commented on one of their post on Instagram asking them to reply to me. Within an hour I was responded to and they were very helpful. Asked for my name and address and sent the lipstick out via FedEx and gave me the tracking details. It was with me within 2 days! I then had a response from the email I had originally sent asking me for my order number so they could refund the lipstick as it was out of stock! I assume they use a fulfilment agency to send orders and things are not going well. It seems contacting the official page on social media gets you in contact with their actual company who care about their customers.

I decided to place an order due to the great sale and free delivery to the UK, though I was a bit skeptical about the fact that the website said I wouldn't be charged customs. I'm very glad to say though that I didn't receive any additional charges and my package arrived in a week, which is really quick as it came from the US! I didn't get an answer when I emailed the customer support team asking if I would be charged customs, but that's the only fault I have, it wasn't an issue anyway, and I appreciate that Covid-19 has slowed a lot of services down. Would order again!

I ordered recently from Pat McGrath and then read the reviews here, and decided to order again as a test. First order arrived fast, I was never charged for any additional charges the first time and I have to say, even the second time (even though it was a test, I still wanted to purchase the same set, as who knows when it will be available again!) But really surprised by the reviews. All arrived safely and nicely boxed and also, no additional charges.

Well I ordered and thought because of the bad reviews I would not see my products, or they would be wrong! But they arrived in 5 days to the UK beautifully packaged and all correct. Thank you!

Good product, really happy with my order. It takes a long time to get it because of Covid 19 transport problem but I send 2 mail to have news at the after sales team and they always answer me!

Was concerned after reading reviews regarding long delivery times. I was extremely happy when my cosmetics arrived quickly considering they were posted from USA to Scotland.They were beautiful packaged as well.

I ordered my Pat McGrath Mothership palette and two Blitztrance lipsticks back on the 8th of December, when placing the order it said it would not be here before Christmas. At a discount I didn't mind the wait plus the plague has worsened in the UK and Ireland and so knew goods had been delayed at our ports. It finally came today and am very pleased everything came intact. Other than that I adore Pat McGrath products and it was a fantastic sale.

BUYING FROM UK- BEWARE SURPRISE IMPORT CHARGES!! Shocking experience for my first time on her website. I ordered end of last week and my order came to £23 as they have an insane sale on. Website clearly states that for international orders everything is calculated before hand. I was shocked to receive a call from DHL on Monday asking me to pay £17 import and duty costs for a £23 order. I thought it was a scam at first as a few going round. Emailed pat McGrath website to check as I hadn’t actually received an email stating it had been shipped yet. Generic email reply saying it’s going to take up to 72 hours to get back to me. Fine it’s after Xmas etc etc. Fast forward to weds - email and text saying my item will be delivered Friday - weird but ok. Today comes (Friday) woke up to email and text saying item will be delivered by the end of the day and then immediately after saying you need to pay import and duty before they will deliver. Item delivered before lunchtime and the driver didn’t mention anything. All items received that I ordered however I haven’t paid the duty yet as I’m STILL waiting to here from customer services after sending another email to chase the first one. Firstly why has my order arrived when I didn’t pay the duty, secondly why was I charged it in the first place and thirdly SORT OUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It’s clearly an issue and regardless of corona/Xmas/holidays etc it’s shocking! It’s left a really bad taste in my mouth and I don’t even really want to use the items now. I know £17 isn’t a lot but I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known this would happen. If I don’t pay will I end up with credit issues...... I’ve seen another couple of reviews about this so it looks like a recent thing...... has someone at their warehouse messed up? Also check out the comments on her Instagram posts A LOT of people are having major issues. Very disappointing :( I’ll stick to Charlotte tilbury in future.EDIT: I’ve upped to 3 stars as they have got back in touch with me and asked me to pay the customs charge and they will refund I did and sent confirmation and to be fair Rachel emailed me straight back to say a refund had been processed. I guess I’ll wait to see if it comes back in but once they did reply to me they did sort it quickly. It looks like they need to massively look at their customer service as it’s absolutely awful. I doubt I would order from them again from my experience which I guess is the most important thing isn’t it really. This experience has put me off completely.

Amazing customer service, wrong lipstick shade was sent by mistake. I got a resolution and very friendly reply the same day from Stephanie. The products I received are Amazing quality and I wil definitely be purchasing again!

Ordered the 31st December refieved the 8th January been wanting to try her lippys for a while and a got them a 1/3 of the price in the sale very happy customer thank you ☺️

Wow, I am really shocked to read the reviews below, should I have seen these I most probably wouldn’t have ordered however, I am actually glad I didn’t as I can’t fault my order. I ordered 1st January it was shipped the same day and I have received the 5 lipsticks I ordered today 8th January packaged perfectly and just as expected the lipsticks are unreal. I did not have to pay custom charges and £60 for 5 of these lipsticks is such a bargain considering they are £35 each at selfridges. These will keep me going for a long while however, I will definitely order again in the future!
