Oculus Quest 2 Promo Code January 2022

Convinced that people have to be doing things wrong, with all of these 1 star reviews. I love my Quest 2, despite having encountered a problem. It gets played everyday. I submitted the claim for my problem, in less than 24 hours they had replied and asked for 2 additional photos. I submitted those and they quickly replied to move forward with an exchange. It's a slight inconvenience but problems happen with new hardware and they are getting it resolved. No complaints here.

ok, i never used customer service before but because everyone who has said it sucked i will lower my rating, now i love oculus rift witch is the only one i have, but the quest just seems like a cash grab, i mean, why use one where you cant even download games? like if i get a new vr headset i dont want to play the same 10 games every time, but i never used the quest, i just dont like it, either way, its ok

I bought my oculus rift S online on the 12th of January and received it on the 14th of January. Excellent services and delivery speed. (Delivered to the Netherlands)

I got mine on the 8th of Dec and bought it on the 2nd of Dec the best purchase I ever bought I never had anything going wrong with mine. I chat with CS and on the phone they were very nice and polite so I dont know why people bad mouth the company

I purchased the original Rift a year or two ago, and I enjoyed it a lot but had issues with the tracking cameras as well as the way it sat on my head, making it near impossible to play comfortably for more than an hour. With the Rift S, setup and tracking is much easier, as well as the comfort level.

Bought the Quest 2 today. So far impressions are pretty good, really nice build quality and visual perfomance, nice price too.

Update: Finally received my replacement. I is in good condition even though it was labeled as a Grade B refurbished unit. I added 2 stars to my review because of this. Previous review:Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my screen and I wrote to customer service to get some advice. After a month of useless tips and suggestions, they decided to send me a RMA. They have had my headset for 2 weeks. They lied to me saying that it will take 2-3 days to process and I will receive my replacement. I feel scammed. The headset I send them had a screen defect but besides that was in perfect condition and the lenses were in perfect shape with no scratches. I am afraid that they will replace it with some used junk with scratched lenses and no battery life if they ever replace it. For now, my property is as good as stolen for all I know.

My Oculus Rift S that I bought 11 months ago got defective (sensors just basically stopped working and I took a break for 2 months then realized the issue like two weeks ago)I claimed a warranty and it was a pretty amazing experience. I went to their website on their livechat twice, once right after where it happend when it was already late in my country so I contacted the English one and they were helpful and recommended me a bunch of stuff but nothing helped.On the next morning I wrote the German one and told him I did everything and he understood it and still offered me troubleshooting (even as far as to reinstall Windows but didn't insist on it) but quickly understood and gave me a shipping label to return the product and receive a replacement.What can I say, I sent it out the next day and within a week I got my replacement (:Still the Facebook integration sucks and is unnecessary and just outdated thats why no 5 stars. Also hopefully that my Rift S broke after 11 months was just bad luck.

Facebook is linking your social media status to your ability to play games. If they don't like your name or your post they will block you from using the video game system you purchased. They are absolutely a bad actor and prove this on an almost monthly basis. Why are you making me to link this to Facebook, isn't my £400 purchase enough? Having a Facebook account just so you play games isn't worth it.

I bought an oculus quest some time ago, and it was the best thing that I have ever bought. it arrived one day after i orderd it, and it worked fantastic. I would 100% recomend it for other people.

When I bought our Quest at Christmas, there wasn’t an option to purchase an extended warranty from the store and they said ‘their own warranty must be really good then’. I assumed that to be correct until, in July, I had to report a fault with one of the controllers. Oculus ‘support’ insisted on proof of purchase which took a while to get and also serial codes. Apparently a replacement (which could be pre-used) will be dispatched once they receive the faulty one but I have to wait to receive a returns label first. I’ve now been waiting a month for this and Oculus are no longer responding to my emails. Only automated responses saying to wait 3-5 days for a response. I could have just bought a new replacement 2 months ago as we haven’t been able to use the VR in all that time but it was only 6 months old when I reported the fault and this really should be covered by the manufacturers warranty. Very disappointing and frustrating and I hope to hear back very soon.UPDATE. I have today received a replacement controller, so worth persevering - if you are prepared to wait.

The oculus is really fun for my daughter, she loves the climbing game and the light saber. So far no issues with it, we love it.

Thank you oculus rift ! <3 We had alot of items with a shop where we bought your device cuz there was a hardware issue with it. but oculus helped us trough the whole preccess and gave a new device wich fixed the whole issue ,Thanks alot for the greath support!We're really impressed how far you went to help us fix this! <3!!!You have amazing support and you should be proud of yourself of how fast you guys still worked during Corona times.

I don't know what the problem is with all the other people, had zero problems with oculus.com
