My fan advocate, Cristin, was very professional and knowledgeable and I was able to receive my damaged replacement item in record time. Cristin was polite, and kept me informed of every step of the return policy. Cristin is truly a unique fan advocate.

We had ordered a New York Yankees Bat Case and received the wrong item. Tyler was fantastic in getting us the return label and the new tracking number. He always answered emails quickly and couldn't have been more gracious and helpful!

Had an issue with case coming damaged. Called and waited for 20 plus minutes. Was feeling dejected. Got through to right people next time and issue was resolved quickly and efficiently.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH ITEM BUT I HAVE HAD GOOD COMMUNICATION Ordered two shirts and got them 4 MONTHS later!!!! When I received them I was shocked how bad the quality was and it looked like a 5-year-old sewed them together I would have been ok with the waiting time if the shirts were anything like the pictures but sadly they are not They are way too small and made out of cheap material, I was trying to return to item but the company they do not response email I was looking for the service number for the customer support and I found this NUMBER which is-8 four five five two one 7two four five-the company service team was very nice to me and really help to return this item back for the refund they took few minutes to complete the verification process and after that, I received my penny back and shipping details as well as a confirmation I also got an email stating that had a little bite struggle Do not purchase anything from them

I don’t know why everyone is giving them a 1 star I ordered 3 hats from this site and I received them in 3 days. No problems at all

I am a huge Dodgers fan, so I was really excited to get my engraved 2020 Word Series Champions hat display case, to proudly hold my World Series champions hat. Sadly, the engraving was crooked and a huge eye sore. But that’s not the point here. This was a specialized item, so I imagine that Tyler (who handled my return request) could have pushed back a little, or read off some fine print. He didn’t. He replied to my return request within 2 business days, asking for my reason for requesting a return and a picture (both reasonable). 1 business day after emailing him, he replied with apologizes and had already started the refund process. He didn’t even require me to return the product. Look, human error.. right? It got missed on the quality check I’m sure. But the reason I am giving 5 stars, is because of his customer service. NOT because I got my money back, or didn’t have to return the item. Because he was attentive, showed empathy, was great with communication, and took care of the customer. I’ve spent money with MLBShop before, and will continue to. If the end result had been the same, but my experience was different, the next time I wanted a jersey, hat, or memorabilia.. I would have looked elsewhere. Great customer service will keep a customer, even if mistakes are made along the way. Thank you, Tyler. I appreciate you.

Before I go into my 'top notch' experience with the MLB SHOP, I took the time to 'review' morethan a couple negative reviews on the site. I'vebeen dealing with their customer service reps fora little over a month- which means numerous repsassisted me- fan advocate TYLER being the latestto handle my issue thru e-mail. 'Courteous' is theword describing all my phone conversations. In themost recent case- I was alarmed thru an e-mail whereI was returning 'a duplicate item,' that a return label fee would come off my return $$$ total. That had not been what (2) reps assured me over the phone but within a 'mere' (15) minutes of receiving my e-mail concern 'bout the issue- TYLER squelched myconcern with an 'emphatic' "no you're right- it's beenwaived!" It was 'almost like' he moved my concern up 'his totem pole' at that point in time.

I don't like the fact that you can't read reviews about their products on their website. I ordered St Louis Cardinals Adult face masks and they are very small. There were no measurements on the website to go by. They do not fit my dad. They barely fit a small woman's face. I don't see how they would fit any adult man. You can only return them if they aren't opened. How will you know if they fit if you don't try them on? If there were measurements online you could at least guess if they would fit without trying them on.

Just orded 2 weeks a go. 4 Cubs hads. Delivery 2 weeks from the Mlbshop to the Netherlands. It arrived one day later but the order was complete. So Mlbshop please keep up going with the good work. Sander from Holland

Items can as described and pictured and happy with quality and sizing. One top was slightly large and making contact for a refund is a nightmare, impossible. They use a returns portal that doesn’t work. Plus you only receive automated responses from their customer service email which bear no consistency with your enquiry!

This is my first time with MLB shop right when I thought it was all over when my package got lost they are willing to replace my package thank you so much customers service. I will continue to shop here.

I received the wrong product for a couple of items and they were in storage for over a year so I didn't realize the issue until I unpacked them out of storage. MARIE WALL (MLB.com Customer Service) jumped on it right away and resolved the situation in less than a week!! I couldn't believe it!! In less than a week I had the right product and Marie followed up with me every step of the way!Truly WORLD CLASS customer service!! I highly recommend purchasing at MLB.com
