I love mac anyway! It's my favourite brand of makeup but I just wanted to give a shout out to Renee via whatsapp- 16/01/2021 as she recommended me a shade of foundation just via photos. I've finally tried that shade and its perfect so thankyou Renee- You're a genius!!

I recently bought a lipstick from MAC and it showed as delivered but it was never delivered. I contacted customer support and I was refunded for my amount.

I had to return 5 lipsticks as the shades turned out to be quite similar (the shades were good though), I got a store credit worth $120 and the customer service representative staff was extremely friendly. I'd definitely recommend MAC to anyone who is looking for good quality make-up and a wide range of classic lipsticks!

I ordered from MAC back in October. A number of items including a lipstick set.When i came to wrap them for Christmas i noticed that the set was missing. Contacted MAC, the set was sold out so no replacement could be sent.This followed having issues getting the Advent Calendar i ordered last year from them too (it didnt get shipped so had to chase up with a weeks delay).Temidayo Johnpeace on the phone was extremely helpful, he arranged for a refund for this missing item and a comolinentary gift be sent out (not that they had much available). So thanks to him, and good to at least get a refund but missing a present that was sold out everywhere wasnt ideal to resolve at short notice.Wary of using MAC again having had problems with orders a couple of times now. I would suggest they improve their warehouse picking snd shipping to avoid these issues. Will make me more viligant in checking orders when i make them from now on.

So I had an issue with my order, when it arrived the packaging was damaged so I was unable to give this to someone as a gift. I contacted Mac Customer Service via chat who were apologetic about it and arranged for a replacement on 27th November. Unfortunately I had to call back as I still hadn’t received it over a week later and to be told that as it was Black Friday there was a delay due to volume of orders which was fair enough, so I waited another week and then had to contact again, to be told it was in the warehouse waiting to be dispatched. Another week on and still nothing so I called instead of using chat and spoke to a lovely girl Rachael who said it was stuck for some reason in the warehouse and that she would re raise the replacement on a new order and I would hopefully have it by end of the week, she also refunded the other item I had ordered for the inconvenience, so then today I called again and spoke to Aleksandra, who again was extremely lovely, investigated the issue, called me back and provided me with a tracking number. It looks like it should arrive tomorrow latest. As much as I’ve had an issue getting this replacement sent out, I cannot fault the girls I spoke to at customer service and their efforts to resolve this issue so for that I am leaving the good review as good customer service goes a long way, so thank you to Rachael and Aleksandra. Order placement was no problem, received the confirmation right away. Yet, they never sent a shipment confirmation. After a week of not hearing from them, I wrote to the customer service - unfortunately, they never got back to me. It took 18 days until my order arrived. Products are not as amazing as I expected them to be but okay.

Since I've started using mac products I've been feeling more confident in my day to day life. I couldn't possibly thank mac enough for what they've done for me!
