Indochino Military Discount September 2021

I wanted a custom suit for my wedding. I did at-home measurements very carefully, but when I got the suit, the jacket was much too big. I took it in to do alterations, and although they were able to make it a little better, it still did not really fit me because the original jacket was much too big. Because of timing, I did not have time for them do another round of alterations or make me a new jacket before my wedding date, so I went ahead and got married in the suit that I was not super thrilled with. It was like a B, but for almost $1,000 I was expecting an A.After the wedding, I told them I wanted to get the suit fitting properly because I intended on wearing it again in the future. They were good about letting me come in for another adjustment. This time the tailor told me they could not further alter the jacket, but they would make me a new one free of charge. They did my measurements again right there, and sent me the new jacket a few weeks later. It fit much better.At this second appointment, Indochino's in-store tailor advised me that the in-store measurements are dramatically better than the at-home ones, so I would strongly recommend that if you are going to get clothing from here, that you do the in-store measurements. I would also say you should get the suit a fair bit earlier than you think you need to, in case you have an experience like mine where even the first round of alterations is not enough to fix things. I was satisfied with the end product, but getting to that point seemed a little more difficult than it should have been.

You get what you pay for so it's worth the money. If you use online and don't know how to measure than yeah it wont fit like you want it too

Purchased custom suites for myself and my groomsman. We had a blast picking out our custom suits and tailoring it to our personal liking. They quality is great and they ship very quickly. Highly recommend purchasing a suit from Indochino.

I have an athletic build and it’s always been a horrible experience buying suits. Horrible, until I found Indochino. No more Brooks Brothers for me. I’ve purchased over 15 suits and blazers from Indochino. The fit is great and I’ve received a bundle of compliments. What a great price for a made to measure suit, an assortment of styles and fabrics. I highly recommend.

I got to be honest, had a read these reviews prior to buying my first suit, I'm pretty sure I would never have gone to Indochino. Thankfully (in my case) I had not, which is why I'm sharing my experience. I came across this co. by accident, while on Instagram. By chance they had just opened a storefront in San Diego so I made an appointment. I literally had no idea they didn't stock suits at the store lol. Once the associate explained to me how it worked, I nervously agreed to get "fitted". The associate was young so it prompted me to ask her how long she had been a tailor (again my naivety). She stated that she wasn't a tailor but her background was in retail and to prep for this job she had spent time at another southern California location learning how to fit clients. Hmmm. Well she did an excellent job and gave me some really good suggestions on my fit. She took her time too. After the fitting I went and picked out the fabric and customized the suit. When the suit arrived I was floored at how nearly perfect it fit. I shouldn't have been surprised because she took a ton of measurements but by this point I had actually researched and read some of the horror stories others had shared. I purchased the suit to wear to a formal wedding and it absolutely killed it! At this point I was sold so I went back in and adjusted the suit jacket to be 1/16" longer on my next order. That suit came back perfect!I went on to purchase 2 more suits within a couple of months and without question all 4 are my favorite suits in my closet. By the way, I wear a suit 3-4 times each week. Purchasing various vest options helps me to keep my rotation fresh. This is not to discredit any of the other reviews because I would certainly be as upset had I gone through the same. I just wanted to share my experience.

Product is fantastic, however, measurements were quite a bit off. In store would be preferred. Customer service was fantastic.

Great job. My only suggestion is to have actual samples of lining materials available in-house.

I am pleased overall with my the my 2 recent suits I purchased, except when it came to the vests. In the past way back when I purchased my 1st suit. I submitted the paperwork and receipts for tailing work. Then I purchased my 2nd suit from yall and it came out perfect no tailoring work needed. When it came to these last 2 suits the vests felt like how my 1st vest felt with the 1st suit I purchased. I had them remade and had asked to have the notes from my tailor, which it still had in my possession and re showed yall via email, be viewed again for reference.Well sad to sad the vests still didn't fit correctly. They were significantly closer to fitting me better, but no dice. I went to my tailor as Rana, the support associate, advised. My tailor pretty much wrote down on a new tailor notes/reimbursement form nearly identical things to what the 1st notes said. I even had her re-measure me while their on a separate charge and my measurements still came out the same as they've been over the years.She did do a good job making them fit me better. But it came at the cost of incorporating slits within the sides where the lining meets the suit material at the bottom and moving the buttons. It, well, it's and alright look but not a clean look. Those slits breaks the silhouette which if I'm being honest displeases me.I'm just baffled. Why did these 2 vests come out so wrong when my 2nd suit's vest came out so right. Let it be know this WILL NOT be my final purchase with Indochino. I'm NOT furious about this. Just very DISAPPOINTED. And I would only hope Indochino will satisfy me when the next suit I purchase comes around to me.This may be petty but also give Rana a raise. She was excellent in corresponding and dealing with me though-out this ordeal. It was a great experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The choices for material is really amazing and the different styles . Last but not least the price is far better than any other store out there. People should think and compare a suit off the rack for 4-500 verses tailored to fit u perfectly . No brained

Great suit with great price! I loved how the end product turned out, though I had to do a second round of tailoring. The customer service is top notch and very helpful. I surely will be purchasing more suits.

I had a great experience. I got measured at a showroom for an order I placed online, and my suit arrived in two weeks exactly. Well, almost exactly...DHL had some problems delivering it, but that's their issue. I needed one small alteration to the vest but that was it. Everything else was perfect. I used the alteration credit process, so they even covered that and updated my measurements so the next time everything will be perfect on the first try. I shopped around before buying, and the one thing that really stood out was that they didn't nickel and dime me for customizations. Everyone else wanted $15 extra for this, or $5 extra for that. The price you see is the price you pay. I'll be picking out my next suit soon

It was a great experience. Scott in the Seattle store was fantastic to work with and my suits fit perfect. Colin in phone support was great when I needed help with my order. I highly recommend Indochino for a well made, quality suit with over-the-top service.

This is the third suit I have purchased from Indochino. I could't be happier with either the quality or service, especially at the price they charge. In fact, I was so happy with this particular suit that I bought three more suits a couple of days after this one arrived.

I've purchased several suits from Indochino and they fit OK. I used their online video to take my measurements and it works fine. They opened a store in Denver so I decided to get my measurements retaken there by a pro. Ha, that was a mistake. Now I have a new suit with legs that are an inch-and-a-half short. And there is not enough fabric to get them lengthened.
