Home Depot 5% Discount September 2021

My bathroom update was finished at the end of December and final payment was made in January.I have had some leakage under the sink in my bathroom. The first time it occurred was in mid-January, and I thought I had left a bottle of something open and it had spilled onto the bottom of the vanity. About a week ago, I noticed a strange smell and a few days ago, there was a layer of water on the bottom of the vanity. I now realize that the smells WERE FROM the wall which had been saturated with water.Initially, I was going to contact Cerastone but in light of all the issues that a friend has had, (whom I referred in September during the initial planning stages) I chose instead to call in a plumber, since I now do not trust Cerastone and have no faith that the job would have been handled properly.The plumber found that the pipe was never tightened at the connection, so consequently, there was a slow leak, the taps were installed backwards and the hoses were crushed and twisted. The installer had mentioned to me that I would need new hoses which I had planned to purchase after the lockdown. The plumber, today, straightened the hoses and there is quite a difference in water delivery and pressure. But, a leak like this changes everything. The wall at the back of the vanity was completely wet and had started to crumble. Since that area is used more for storage and not on a daily basis, I shudder to think what future damage could have been.This was a very small job, new sink, new vanity with countertop and new mirror. THE expectation was that it would be safe and functioning. Antonio was absolutely wonderful to work with, knowledgeable and had excellent ideas and gave very clear, measured advice and recommendations. Ryan was responsible for ensuring that the wall-size mirror fit perfectly in its space. The vanity works well, the mirror is fabulous but a bathroom has trouble if there are leaks. The job never had someone from Cerastone come and check the finished product to ensure that everything was done properly,With what I have seen occur with these two jobs, I will definitely not be recommending Home Depot or Cerastone. I will be including reviews to all the companies that I work with and refer for product/project satisfaction.

I am very grateful to Crystal the Manager of this store in Mississauga Ontario. Because of the Pandemic the curb Delivery orders were slow. I had to wait for long time before some one could help me. And that's understandable. But talking to a Part time Worker Vinay Varma who was extremely helpful and Brad and Manager Crystal all my issues were resolved. Thanks Vinay, Brad and especially Crystal...Jim Patel.

I'd have to say I've had Decent Service here. Friendly, Fast, Big paint & home and garden selection. Staff have good knowledge about their products.

After a 5 month delay due to covid19 factory shutdowns and delays in the US I finally took delivery of my new kitchen appliances. The Home depot Brantford delivery guys did an amazing job of delivering my new appliances to my kitchen. Upon arrival appliances were carefully removed from the truck. Cardboard packaging was removed curbside, but protective plastics and tape left in place to protect appliances from damage. Mats were used on interior floors for protection as well. My entry door was removed to allow the refridgerator to pass through smoothly and then put back in place. Impressed that the delivery team took time to double check appliances for scratches or dents when removing packaging tape and then asked me to double check before signing purchase order. From delivery notification calls to delivery time the Home Depot Appliance team did an amazing job .They were polite and took time to answer any concerns I might have. Quite happy with this delivery.

I recently purchased a Cosmo under cabinet over head range 30” online from Home Depot website. Initially we got stuck since it has 8” round duct while the house exterior only has 4” duct termination. So I had to ordered a reducer 8 to 4in. Looks very nice after installation. So far performance is also excellent.

Michele-Customer Service (October 17)I purchased a laundry centre-stackable washer/dryer in July 2020. It was a 'lemon' as September 28 (80 days later), the washer stopped working. GE was useless, starting with the 2 week delay in having a technician available. Transglobal Technician, October 9, determined transmission was leaking oil, causing the slippery belt to fly off!! GE stalled getting the Technician's report that stated it was irreparable UNTIL I utilized INSTAGRAM and posted my DISDAIN for GE to geappliancescanada. HOME DEPOT was STELLAR in their understanding and guidance (albeit they were not at fault as the vendor).Tara was able to expedite the process through Marcia M. Resolution Specialist with Home Depot.I now await delivery this week of a new laundry centre replacement.WELL DONE HOME DEPOT with Awesome Customer Service when GE FAILED colossally!!KUDOS to HD GRANDVIEW CORNERS

I visited the Home Depot in Silverberry, Edmonton AB on my way home Friday. With all the covid protocols, I wasn’t looking forward to it. But it turned out to be a very enjoyable experience. I chatted with the gentleman that cut my wood for me, and then met Ben, who gave me great advice to make my new outside deck stairs. He was so willing to assist me, and made sure I had everything I would need. At the cashier, I was chatting with Abbigal about how pleasant and helpful Ben was, and found her to be just as pleasant and helpful. Kudos to the staff at this Home Depot. They made my shopping a very positive experience just by being friendly and helpful. It felt like the “good ole days” when customer service meant something. I will definitely shop there again.

Monday Sept 28, morning 9:30 ish. Rob from the lumber area helped me and my mom with 80 fence boards. Also got me a home Depot card and loaded the wood onto my truck . Super courteous and friendly. Wish all employees were like that.

Hi there, I recently (Late September 2020) purchased a 5-Stage Superior Quality Under Sink Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filtration System, 75GPD, NSF Certified. Manufactured by 123Filter.com. Order was delivered 4 days after placement. I started install late on Sept 28th, finished by days end. By reviewing the Video on Utube a day before the process was quite clear and straight forward. I used the suppied manual and went step by step. Everything works as it was supposed to after following the simple directions. I have prepared the system so when our new icemaker refrigerator arrives I can simply connect it as well and all should be good. I am not a plumber or service tech. Just enjoy handyman challenges. I'm almost 78 years old so it was an interesting process. Connecting to 123Filter.com was simple to activate the warranty and "Richard" was quick to confirm the application. I've also purchased a replacemnt filter package for backup so when the need for new filters arrive, I have them in house.

Currently a Home Depot Pro, so I am always in the stores and dealing with the employees, most of them are extremely helpful compared to other hardware stores. One employee in particular that is excellent at what he does is Mr. Jai (who works at the Mississauga south location) he is always on to of what he does!!
