Recently purchased 3 visors at a great price for each! The quality is unbelievable for priced paid. Delivery was in a timely manor. This is 2nd time ordering from Epic and each time the product, and experience has been awesome.

The item we ordered(hitting net) never arrived to us because the mail carrier damaged it somehow during transit and they returned to sender on their own. We only were aware because we followed the info on tracking and saw notes UPS had posted. Upon contacting the company(Jordan), at first he didn’t believe us and suggested we did in fact receive it. Even after they contacted UPS and knew the item was in transit back to them, they refused to put another one in the mail until they received the “damaged” one which took several more days. This took over an extra week of time after we already had waited almost a week of not receiving the one we paid for. Tried asking for money back so we could reorder either from them or someone else, but wouldn’t issue an refund, nor put another in the mail until the item was in their hands. We order things a lot and have never had such poor customer service from the manager himself. The product, once we finally received it is great, but we will not be doing business with this company again. And this is the first time in my life I’ve written a poor review just for the record. We’re pretty easy customers. :)
