Great products, Have bought vacuums for the house and the boat and have never had any issues Would recommend

I'm very happy with my new Dyson air wrap kit. This was the best hair tools I ever bought. So fast to style your hair and look like you just stepped out of a Salon. The best thing ever you are not even over processing your hair. I would recommend this great styling tool to anyone.

I bought a Dyson Air Purifier, and I've been happy with the product quality. It has a HEPA filter, and cleans my home reasonably well. The filter lasts a year which is great, and I feel that it helps me avoid allergens in my home. It's also been asset during Covid to help clean the air. However, my concern is with their billing department. I receive unauthorized charges. I raised my concern to their customer service team. The quality of the response from the customer service team was a little surprising. While they responded within 24 hours, I do not have confidence that they will remove the unauthorized charges. These unauthorized charges waste time and I did not sign up for them.

I have several Dyson products over the last 10 years and always been very impressed with the quality and support. I bought the Dyson Coralle Hair Straighteners for my wife just before Christmas.This is the first time a Dyson product didn't work out for us (didn't get hot enough for her hair type) so decided to return. Had to wait on the call centre line for 35 mins which wasn't great (but at least I was updated with estimated wait time) and got through to a v helpful guy from South Africa. With the Xmas break I was 9 days outside the return period but a word with the manager and this was authorised and is being collected by courier next week. This is not the first time Dyson have put the customer first and shown discretion on their policy (I had a battery fail on a vacuum cleaner 30 days out of warranty and they still sent a replacement).Whilst there are many negative comments on this site I can only assume good news doesn't travel as fast so felt I would submit a review for the first time! In a world where we are all very quick to criticise i think its important to also highlight the positive! Dyson products are priced at a premium but in my experience this has been justified when I have had an issue.

My Dyson V6 cordless was having trouble. I spoke to a girl Simphiwe she was lovely, discovered it is battery and new battery on the way. Phone line is busy, but couldn't fault how nice and helpful staff are

I know these days we’re apt to post readily when things go wrong but I would just like to express total satisfaction with my call to customer services yesterday. Totally exceeded my expectations. Great job guys.

I had to call Dyson to ask about buying a replacement part. I asked to register my V8 stick vacuum as well. After registering it they were able to tell me it was still under warranty and to offer to send a replacement unit at zero cost to me! They also sent me the information to send back my damaged V8. They even paid for return shipping! They were very nice. I was really impressed with their customer service!

My experience with Dyson is very good, maybe because I bought it in Hong Kong, the customer service was brilliant there, logistics worked very well. I absolutely love using it. I mean, I'm lazy, I like Dyson.

Got a Heat+cool dyson fan tower. It is great! Works well, very awesome design. Worth the money. Summer time: cool mode, winter/fall time: heat mode. LOVE THAT!

We just purchased the V11 Absolute - we have central vac but it was just getting too time consuming and cumbersome to clean 1600 sq ft house - up and down stairs with carpet/ceramic/laminate flooring.We thought we would invest in a "stick" vacuum and we always start with the best as recommended thus Dyson.We cannot say ENOUGH about this little vacuum - the hardest part is getting used to not dragging the hose around behind you and getting tangled up with it or it getting kinked...We vacuumed our house with our central vac 4 days before we tried out our V11 - then we powered up our V11 - we FILLED THE CANNISTER IN 15 MINUTES!!!Oh my!!! Had no idea how dirty our house was - did it again a day later - AND STILL FILLED THE CANNISTER!This is just the BEST vacuum we have ever had and we have the BEST Central Vac money can buy - anybody want a central vac? LOL... We're calling it our "Miss Lady Dy" ...

I have just read some of Dyson's reviews and am truly flabbergasted. This was not the experience I HAD at all. When firms ask me about a giving them a recommendation rating I tell them that I don't do recommendations,because every-man's experiences are different. When I am choosing a company to use on a regular basis the deciding factor is their customer service department, not their price (though it has a bearing)Most firms, companies, organizations, groups, conglomerates, blocks, social sites, entities of any sort have one thing in common: Their customer service department. Sadly, my experience has shown that at least 90% of those business see their customer service as a way to further plug their products; any inquiry on any query not sales oriented is treated as a necessary inconvenience. Any disabled person is not included, their needs not listened to.And then comes a firm on the other 10% who actually appears to care.I have hearing difficulties which makes telephone usage a chore. This wasn’t a chore when I phoned Dyson’s. The automated service was recorded at a fair pace and clear; call queing was updated often. When the operator spoke with me she did so clearly and slower than usual, not shouting down the wire. She listened, had a knowledge of the problem I had, connected me to the right person and made sure that what I was getting was what I needed. Next day my spare part arrived and, as I was still covered by the warranty, didn’t cost me a penny under any umbrella.It was so refreshing that I felt I had to acknowledge that Dyson’s Customer Service is exactly that, what it says in the tin, a Customer Service worthy of their label.

I bought two products from them (*) and, I can't complain, they work. But I didn't understand what they offer more than other similar products. Because, above all, such a high price. Maybe they just want to be a status symbol. (*) Lightcycle and Pure Hot+Cool.

Had a problem with the filter new part was sent out within a few days. Problem solved quickly and efficiently.

Love their products. We have the floor fans and the vacuum. So easy to use. They work great and customer service is on point.
