I left a five star review but I wanted to say that although I like my purchase the pyjamas haven't worn well at all, because it's expensive I expected more. For me service was great and everything was shipped and received on time. No real quality, about the same as M &S.

Fabulous service

Fabulous service. I was worried after reading the reviews however a few days later and I'm sitting in my new pyjamas, I ordered on Saturday and it arrived this morning all present and correct. I'm very happy with everything.

Amazing

I ordered hand sanitisers and a new purse. Items came very quickly. I was presently surprised to find a 50p in the purse when transferring my cards etc over. Took me back to my childhood when grandma would buy mum a purse and put a coin in for luck.

Fantastic service

Positive Customer Service

Black Friday had a nice offer from Cath Kidston of free delivery on any orders and 10%off and I wanted to place an order using the promotions but before I used the promo codes, by wrong touch of a button the order got placed without any promotions.So I tried to contact their customer service number which is not correct and then tried emailing them to cancel my order. But I was told an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. I was disappointed to say the least and read some horrible reviews here but I emailed them again explaining in detail what happened and also sent the promo codes I would have used and I checked they worked. To my surprise, I got a reply that they will refund me the money I missed out on offers. Later I had the order nicely delivered and the extra amount I paid for missing out the promotions were refunded as promised.I have to say I am very happy with the customer service as my problem was acknowledged after repeated emailing explaining everything. I am looking forward to ordering again in future.

Don't panic from all negetive reviews out there!

I received my order and all three bags are wonderful! There was a complication with double charging but the customer support gave me replies and also tracked the parcel for me. The double payment was possibly a technical issue that i over reacted on! The product arraived within two weeks, in nice wrapping!! Very colourful! as always the backpacks are great! Thanks @cath kidson! Will buy again and soon from this company.

Do not worry about all the negative reviews!

Placed an order online then read the recent terrible reviews, was very worried order would not arrive or would be incorrect etc. Happily, parcel arrived 3 working days after ordering, all items correct and packaged well. Very happy.

Christmas pjs come up large.

Ordered some Christmas pjs.I’m a size 14 , I ordered 14-16 large as 10-12 med was the other option?They arrived in 3 days.Excellent quality , the large bottoms where very big but the top half was a perfect fit.

Very pleased with my order!

Can’t fault CK here. My order arrived on time, I ordered a large amount of stuff (breakable items included) and all products were intact and as expected. Everything’s lovely and of really good quality. I don’t normally post reviews but after seeing all of the bad ones I felt I should. I only saw the numerous awful reviews after placing my order and assumed the worse - that everything would arrive broken or that it would not arrive at all. Couldn’t have been more wrong! Very pleased.

Good but hassle for returns

I’ve always loved Cath Kidston but this time buying from them online was awful literally bought 2 bags and a key ring. One is for myself the other is for my best friend. The bag I want to give to my friend for her birthday was delivered with the security tag?! Very disappointed! The company’s landline doesn’t pick up says this number cannot be reached. - Received all refund including returns postage, thank you
