My experience in the store was wonderful. Nice selections and very clean store. The line went faster then i expected. I loved the cashier with the lovley name Xhenis. Beautiful smile very polite and helpful. For a change is nice to see someone with a smile in the store.

I love Burlington's prices and their…

I love Burlington's prices and their customer service in not bad, but could be a little better. The store I shop at in Douglasville, GA is about 1 year old, but exceptionally clean! After Covid, and upon reopening their prices were amazing at 50% off ALL prices. I was able to go 4 times and clean up!!! Bought about $700 worth of clothes and things for about $300 total. Wow! Loved it! I told everyone about that sale. They had that sale for about a month and a half. Since then they have restocked the shelves and their prices are still great. Once upon a time they didn't have a cash return policy. They do now, and I love it!

Purchase and return

Not quite a shopper but happened to be in the mall and saw Burlington. Looking for some get up and go tops...found three and a Steve Madden over the shoulder bag. The line was not that long and cashier was very pleasant. The next day I returned 2 of the three tops and again, the cashier was very pleasant and professional. Plan on returning to Burlington at Eastpoint Mall.

Wonderful employee

First of all, I am a faithful shopper of Burlington and enjoy my time shopping there. On Sept.5th, I went to Kings Plaza in Brooklyn not my regular store, to buy badly needed clothes for my mom. I am disabled and couldn't use any elevators or escalators to get to the store. I would have to step down 5 steps to get to the 1st fl. (Holding unto a walker, no one assist me) Then went around the 1st landing to spiral up to the 5 fls. to get to the store. I called the manager Mr. Adrain Brewster, I complaint to him about the lack of consideration to its disabled customer's, after hearing and agreeing to my concerns I calm down. He was sorry what happen, he gave me a discount and took the elevator with me and walked me out the store. I want to say that this gentleman should be commented for his professional actions. Just wanted to say thanks to him I had a good experience and will continue to shop in Burlington always.

Good treatment every time I have had need of extra service

I shop at Burlington Coat Factory every time I visit Silver Spring. You can find some really good deals there on quality items.Twice, I have had the need for extra service: The first time, a suitcase I bought there broke off a wheel the first time I used it. The Burlington store gave me a refund even though they could have refused me and sent me in the arms of the supplier. I am so grateful for that treatment. The second time, I bought a rather large furniture item and needed assistance in bringing it to my car. Again, they were very kind and assisted me in bringing it all the way and helped me load it.Thank you to the staff there, they deserve a good rating!
