I went to the store location in Simpsonville sc. The store was well maintained. Everything was so nice and neat. The customer service was excellent. Now I expect for all Big lots to meet these standards. I spoke to the manager and he was really nice. Great experience

I live in Tacoma Washington and only shop in the Tacoma Big Lots location. They have the best customer service, the store is always clean and organized, the staff always gives a hello welcome as soon as we walk in. If I need something, I always shop for it at this Tacoma big lots first then I’ll go to target Walmart and whoever els to next. Thank you Tacoma Big Lots!

I like this chain of stores but they lack inventory organization. I drove 50 miles to pick up a bed they said they had in stock to find out that they had been sold out for a week

Susan at the Lebanon store was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC in getting our daughter's bed ordered (currently waiting for it to arrive) & in customer relations!!! This will be our second piece of furniture we have bought from them this year!!! I definitely have my eyes on couple other items... I'm thinking about purchasing from there also!!!

I met a really nice guy, big burley man ,very sweet, he had tons of tattoos. I asked him where he got them an he said north Carolina then he said Why he got them there. One tattoo was a crest from the place he was born the second was a sword he got after he survived cancer ,the third was in memory of his late mum the forth was of jesus doing basically a T pose in the air with his junk somehow fully covered with silky cloth an the guy said it meant know your limits. We were in line an waiting the the other cashier called me to ring up my stuff also a sweet dude no problems at all.

Hi my name is Edna Green and I went to the big labs in Harrisburg Pennsylvania Union deposit store today to purchase furniture. The associate and her name is Naomi was excellent and helping us purchase the chair giving us the name of the driver who could help with delivery and we were able to get everything we needed to for fill our needs. She was most gracious checked another store for the couch that we wanted and theyDid not have it and she was able to give us the chair that was on the floor. We appreciated her and just wanted to know that you have a wonderful associate and we will be coming back again to do business. Her customer service skills were above and beyond and we thank you.

I was completely shocked that the customer service went above and beyond. I purchased furniture in 9/2019 it was horrible the fabric had runs and the foam had given out in 6 months. This was with normal wear and tear from 2 adults only. When I called about it I was told due to Covid-19 they were not taking returns and to call back when the state re-opened. I thought Great! I prob won't be able to given the time that had passed (9months) When I called and spoke to the Manager at the Warren store in the furniture dept (Rob) he was happy to help and said they were returning now. That same day I was able to bring back my old couch and pick up a new one he recommended! I love it! So pleased how this went. You just don't find good customer service anymore these days!! Broyhill sectional is what I chose its amazing!!

I want to personally thank one of the store managers by the name of Betty and her entire team. My experience with this location was exceptional. I recently purchased a bunk bed from this location. Once we got home and got to the very end of building we realized there was a defect in the holes needed to complete the bunk bed. It was late at night and we reached out to management, the closing manager Betty found the replacement and stayed at the store past closing hours in order for us to pick it up and prevent our kids from sleeping on the floor since we'd already given their old beds away. The next morning, I realized that we gave one part back that we needed to complete the ladder on the bed and my cell phone was in the box we gave back to the store the night before. We arrived a few minutes before open, they let us into the store to get what we needed including the phone. I was surprised to see that the same closing manager was there this morning as well. I can not thank them enough not only for being essential workers, but going above and beyond to help my family and I. I truly appreciate it, the bed is beautiful, and we could not have asked for better service. You all were amazing and I wish you all many blessings during this time and beyond.

I visited your store in Groves area & there was a sale on winter sheets, comforters & throws . And the cashier was extremely nice & patient with my daughter & I. But The manager was extremely rude & very impatient with us . I shop big lots at least 3days a week ! So now I've been driving to the Beaumont location .But i would have liked to shop closer to my house. Thx for listening .
