I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but bought from 2Modern because they were substantially cheaper than other sites for the tables I wanted. Unfortunately the tables were delivered damaged by UPS, but Brian in customer service had the damaged one picked up and shipped out a new one with another delivery service. It did take awhile but I wasn’t in a hurry. New one came undamaged and just what I wanted. Thanks

I've had a great experience with 2Modern. I've worked with them on probably 10 projects, maybe more, over the last 6 years. I'm an interior designer and I've also recommended them to several colleagues and contacts. What makes them so great is that they are real human beings that care about their customers have integrity. They stand behind their product and they've gone way out of the their way to help me. One thing that people don't understand is that with furniture, lighting, etc., is that it is sometimes large, heavy, delicate and can sometimes travel long distances. The fact that they have free shipping on most of their products is amazing (because it's a huge cost savings). Things aren't always perfect...and I've been doing this for 30 years, so I know! But the difference with 2Modern and other companies (brick/mortar and online) is that they have also been doing this a long time and they really try to help if something goes wrong. My experience is that 9 out of 10 times, everything goes as planned, but that 1 out of 10 when you need someone, you want a place like 2Modern. Hope this is helpful!

I ordered a sofa and some lights. They look fantastic. Had a problem with one of the lights and they took care of it really quickly. I was super impressed with their responsiveness. They have a loyal customer here for sure!

I was pleasantly surprised with the experience I have had with 2Modern. I ordered 2 chairs from Gus and it shipped on time and with an upgrade in white glove that I wasn't expecting. I ordered a light for my kitchen and my electrician had some questions with the installation and they were very fast to respond (even the contractor was surprised). Really good experience with this company.

I received my order of 5 lamps as promised, however one was broken. They replaced it within 3 days. I was very impressed. I order a lot of lighting and damages can sometimes happen (thanks UPS), and their responsiveness and action was way better than I have experienced with other companies in the past. I highly recommend.

I went from potentially posting an average review, to then wanting to post a review with 10 stars! Their service is unbelievable...they went so out of their way to fix a delivery issue that I was just amazed. The CEO even got involved to make sure that my order was taken care of. Totally impressed!
